Near the end of North Side you will see Rum Point, this is a very tourist area, beach chairs, crystal blue waters, and white sandy beach. You can walk out in knee deep water for what seems like forever, or you can rent a water bike, or wave runner. This area is quite residential with long and short term rentals of beach front villas and town homes. This follows into Cayman Kai, with more beach front properties on both sides of the street, a great beach side restaurant and a dock for boaters that need to grab a bite to eat.
